The San Marcos Runners Club’s weekly club run is held at 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday evening. We meet downtown at the Hays County Courthouse, on the south side of the square. (For a Yahoo map, click here.)
NOTE: On the first Tuesday evening of even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October and December) the weekly Club Run will be replaced by a Club “running-event” meeting; check the “Current News” page for time and location.
We run for about an hour, after which we will normally gather somewhere for socializing. For questions or more information, contact Laura Mason (665-2974). Some of us are older and/or slower runners, so don’t be intimidated if you’re not a fast runner. Come on out and join us!
THURSDAY NIGHT RUNS - We also have club runs on Thursday nights at 6:00 p.m. During the summer (during Daylight Savings Time, to be accurate) we meet at the Lions Club tube rental facility in City Park, but during the winter (when it’s not Daylight Savings Time) we meet at a variety of different locations.
